Submit New Jobs
Place orders directly from your dashboard. Choose your service type — embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, custom patches, or a bundle — upload your artwork files, and specify your requirements. The submission form captures everything the production team needs: fabric type, size, color callouts, turnaround preference. No separate email required.
Real-Time Job Tracking
Every order displays a live status: Received, In Production, Review Ready, Revision In Progress, or Completed. You always know exactly where your job is in the queue. No need to chase updates — the status updates automatically as production moves forward.
Review Proofs and Request Revisions
When a file is ready for your review, you receive a notification and the proof appears in your dashboard. Approve it with one click, or leave a revision note directly on the order — no separate email thread. Revisions are unlimited: we fix it until you're satisfied, and the cycle stays tracked in your order history.
Instant File Downloads
The moment your order is approved, your completed files are available for download. Embroidery files deliver as a ZIP containing all formats (DST, EMB, PES, JEF, EXP, XXX, VP3). Vector conversions deliver as a ZIP with all requested formats (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF, CDR, DXF, PNG). Files stay in your account permanently — download again any time, from any device.
Invoices and Payments
Invoices are generated automatically when your order is placed and viewable in your Billing section. Pay securely by card directly in the portal — no separate payment links to track down. Invoice history is available for your accounting records.
Complete Order History
Every order you've ever placed with AFRYH is in your account. Re-run a previous job, download a file from six months ago, or reference specs from a past order before placing a new one. Your history doesn't expire.
How to Get Started
Step 1 — Create your free account. Click Register, enter your email and a password. No payment information required to create an account.
Step 2 — Place your first order. From your dashboard, click New Order. Choose a service, upload your artwork, and fill in the order form. Your order enters the AFRYH production queue immediately.
Step 3 — Track, review, and download. Watch your order progress through the production stages. Review your proof when notified. Download your completed files the moment they're approved.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the customer portal free to use?
Yes. Creating an account and using the portal is completely free. You pay only for the services you order — digitizing, vector art conversion, patches. There are no subscription fees, no account fees, and no minimum order commitments.
What file formats can I upload?
The portal accepts JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and SVG. Maximum file size is 50 MB per upload. For files larger than 50 MB, the upload form accepts a Google Drive or Dropbox link in place of a direct upload.
How do I know when my file is ready?
You receive an email notification when your order status changes to Review Ready. The notification links directly to the proof in your dashboard. If you have the portal open, the status updates in real time — no refresh needed.
Can I share my account with my team?
Multiple people at your company can place orders using separate accounts under the same billing information. If you need a single account with multiple user logins (for larger teams or agencies), contact us — multi-user account setup is available on request.
What happens to my files after a long period of inactivity?
Your files and order history are retained indefinitely. AFRYH does not delete customer files for inactivity. Your completed files are available for re-download at any time after order completion, regardless of how long ago the order was placed.
