Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your AFRYH account and associated data at any time, directly from the AFRYH mobile app or customer portal.

How to delete your account

Open the AFRYH app (or log into the customer portal at punching.afryh.com)
Go to Profile
Scroll to Delete Account
Type DELETE to confirm, then submit

What happens when you delete your account

Your login information (name, email, phone, avatar) is immediately removed and anonymized. You will no longer be able to log in.

What is retained

For legal, accounting, and business record-keeping purposes, your company's order history, invoices, and payment records are retained and are not deleted, since these are tied to your company account rather than your individual login. Uploaded artwork and reference files associated with past orders are also retained as part of that order history.
